Peter Galton, Ken Darke and David Chapman are the Lib Dem candidates for Coxford. They are the best choice to be your next local councillors.
Peter works at Lordshill Sainsbury’s and was Coxford’s longest serving councillor. He represented you on the council until 2010 and now wants to get back on the council to continue fighting for our area. Peter has a strong record of success in Coxford and will continue working hard to help local people on the council.
Ken Darke lives on Springford Road and, like Peter, was previously a councillor for Coxford. Ken is passionate about protecting local facilities and services from cuts. When he was on the council he fought hard to protect the local community centre, swimming pool, post office and more. He will always stand up for our area.
David Chapman lives locally with his family, and his three children are in nursery and at Hollybrook. David has 15 years experience in business and wants to use his knowledge to encourage sound financial management of the council. He is also keen to make sure the council supports local people with the cost of living.
The Liberal Democrats have a strong record of success in Coxford. This May use all three votes for the local Lib Dem team fighting hard for you.
The Lib Dem team are campaigning against irresponsible Conservative government cuts and financial incompetence. They are fighting for better access to GPs and more police.
The Liberal Democrats are committed to improving our environment. We are calling for more street trees, improvements to local parks, and investment in renewable energy.
The Lib Dems have successfully called for investment in the Sports Centre. Now we are pushing the council to get a move on, and calling for improvements to other facilities across the city.
