George Percival: Lifting Spirits in Shirley

You know change is happening when people start approaching you in the street, sharing their hopes and aspirations, and trusting you to be their voice for a better tomorrow.

George Percival our candidate for Shirley shares his story with you.

George is a firefighter for Southampton. On Sunday the 14th he attended a lift rescue at Shirley Towers.

After freeing the persons from the lift, George was approached by a lady who lived on the 15th floor.

She stressed that she had lost hope in the current city council.

She shook George's hand and stated that "my vote is going to you on the 2nd"

This type of support is a sign that Shirley is ready for change.
